This beautiful luxury 5 bedroom pool home with 3 master suites, boasts over 3000 sq ft of luxurious air conditioned living space and is tastefully decorated throughout. The villa is 8 MILES FROM DISNEY and close to other major attractions.
We have included everything at 'Hollies Retreat' that we hope will make your vacation special and one that you will remember for years to come.
Our villa is furnished to the highest standard with pool views towards a conservation forest area. Come to 'Hollies Retreat' for a relaxing break with all the comforts of home.
We have a South Facing UPGRADED 30ft by 15ft pool and adjoining Spa which has sun from morning to late evening (sunset) and there are plenty of reclining sun chairs as well as a BBQ and table and chairs for dining outside while enjoying the view.
We also have a child safety fence for use around the pool.
The views from the Pool and Spa area are onto a Conservation Area. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at the parks. Very quiet, peaceful and private with fencing between the neighbouring properties.
For those of you who prefer a little shade we have a large lanai equipped with a table and 6 chairs. Smoking is allowed in this area but not inside the villa.
On entering this spacious five bedroom villa you will come across the first of our three living areas.
This is the second living area (family room) closest to the kitchen. There is ample seating for all the family. In this room we supply a 42inch cable TV, DVD/Video player and a CD player. The views from this room are onto the pool and conservation area.
This dining area is one of 2 within the villa. There is a dining table with six chairs in the kitchen nook and we also have a table and chairs outside in the pool area.
The Master Bedroom has a King Size Four Poster Bed a large en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Also a 27inch CABLE TV with DVD Player.
We also have a second King Master Bedroom with En-Suite, Walk in Closet and 27inch CABLE TV/DVD Player.
We have a Queen Size master suite situated downstairs complete with en-suite bathroom and access to the pool area. The pool door is fitted with an alarm which may be turned on or off. This luxury bedroom also has a 27inch Cable TV/DVD Player.
This is one of our two Twin Bedrooms. Complete with Cable TV/DVD Player. This room shares a bathroom with our other Twin Bedroom.
Our fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need. Settings for 12 people and also plates, dishes and beakers for babies/children. Coffee maker, Toaster, Mixer, Liqudiser and Electric Kettle are all provided. The breakfast bar has 2 bar stools and we also have two high chairs.
There will be plenty to do for both adults and children in our well equipped games room with 8ft POOL TABLE, TABLE TENNIS and an ARCADE GAME with 60 GAMES including GALACTICA, SPACE INVADERS and PAC MAN to name but a few.
