Master Bedroom

Queen size bed with large luxury bathroom, 2 vanity sinks, huge sunken bath and walk in shower. Dressing room off the bathroom with safe for visitors use. Direct access onto the pool and lanai area. TV and DVD, ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2

Has en-suite with bath and shower. The bedroom has direct access to the pool and lanai. Fitted wardrobes and TV and DVD.

Bedrooms 3 and 4

Both twins with TV and DVD in bedroom 3. Both have fitted wardrobes.

Kitchen

Luxury fitted kitchen with large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and waste disposal. It is fully stocked with all the essentials.

Dining Room

Table and chairs for 8. Ceiling fan, stools at breakfast bar.

Laundry Room

Washing machine, tumble drier, iron and board.

Games Room

With pool table, foosball, ice hockey.

Living Room

Large TV with DVD player, assortment of films, assorted books and games. Two settees and an armchair, with patio doors leading onto the lanai. Ceiling fan.

Lanai Area

The Lanai has a patio table with four chairs and there are also four sun loungers.

Pool Area

Pool and spa, with built in lights for nightime use. Table and 4 chairs, 4 sun loungers. Extended lanai has a fan. Fully air conditioned and fully alarmed, with alarms on the patio doors, leading to the pool for children’s safety. Alarm on the front door also.
