Great Room

The great room overlooks the swimming pool. This extremely attractive room is beautifully furnished.

To help you feel at home, this room is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater love sofa, 42" Flat Screen Digital TV with over 100 channels, DVD Player, and mini Hi-Fi.

Dining Room

The dining room overlooks the pool area and has seating for six people. You can access the dining room from either the kitchen or the great room.

Master Bedroom and Ensuite Bathroom

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, telephone and 27inch Video/DVD Combi TV. The ensuite also contains a walk-in closet, and is equipped with the usual items. A hair dryer are also provided. All bed linens and pool towels are provided for your use.

Bedrooms Two and Three

The second bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds and also has a fitted wardrobe. The family bathroom is equipped with the usual items and a hair dryers are also provided. All bed linens and pool towels are provided for your use. All bedrooms are fully furnished and the double bedroom also has a 21inch Video/TV combi.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the labour saving equipment you would find in a modern home including a telephone. There is a electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a waste disposal. The double garage houses the washing machine and dryer.

Swimming Pool Area

The swimming pool, situated at the rear of the villa is fully screened and complete with patio furniture.

Although in Florida the pool can be used all year round, heating is available to keep the pool temperature constant in the winter months.

If heating is required, there will be an additional charge for use of gas.

A pool safety alarm is fitted.
