Formosa Gardens Estates is a quiet, prestigious, gated community set amongst natural woodland, orange groves and the shimmering Star and Moon lakes. The community is located within a short distance from Disney's main gate and very close to Highway 192, with its numerous fine shops, cafés and restaurants. The Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza within walking distance. At night you can hear and see the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

For the golfer, within a short drive away are the Palms Golf and Country Club, and Mystic Dunes Golf Club. Other nearby golf courses include ChampionsGate, Celebration, Falcon Fire and Orange Lake which are all only 10-15 minutes away.

The beautiful Gulf Coast beaches and the Gulf Keys are around 1½ hour drive away. Orlando International Airport is around 30 minutes away, and Orlando Sanford Airport a little more.

Our 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom, luxury villa with private screened pool (28ft x 14ft). The villa comfortably sleeps 8 people.

There is cable TV in four rooms and two DVDs and three VCRs each with video collections.

The villa has free high speed wireless internet and PC for your use. There is also an XBOX game machine with games with DVD.

The family room opens to a large covered lanai which is ideal for outdoor dining. A grill (BBQ) is provided for your use.
