Our executive 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom villa is situated on the prestigious Legacy Park gated community, a beautiful landscaped residential area, lined with palm trees.
The villa was completed in 2006 and built to a very high specification with many up graded features. The main feature of this executive villa are the wonderful views you get. Florida Woodside Villa benefits from a west facing pool and hot spa which overlook a wooded conservation area. You can enjoy a perfect evening seeing a Floridian sunset in total tranquillity and privacy.
The villa can accommodate 12 persons comfortably, all rooms being large and spacious. The villa occupies 3,079 sq.ft., so there is plenty of room to make your stay more comfortable.
The furniture is of a luxurious standard throughout and our aim it to make your stay at our villa as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
On entering the villa, via a covered porch area, you enter a large combined formal Dining living area. To the left, stairs take you up to the first floor bedrooms and play den.

The breakfast area overlooks the pool and patio area, and the conservation area. Sliding patio doors lead you out from the breakfast area onto a shaded dining /patio area. The covered lanai will give you the opportunity hom escaping the mid day sun.
Large kitchen with a central island and fitted units. At one end of the kitchen you enter a utility room and pantry/sundry area. Here you will note the washing machine, tumble drier and storage shelving. At the opposite end of the kitchen there is a breakfast area which both overlooks the pool 6 patio area.
Master King ensuite bedroom has a very large walk-in closet. The large ensuite bathroom has a spacious tub and shower.
The master suite occupies the entire width of the building at the ear of the property, thus giving fantastic views over the pool and conservation area.
Master Queen ensuite bedroom 2 has a large walk-in closet with ample shelving.
Master Queen ensuite bedroom 3 has a large walk-in closet with ample shelving.
Twin bedroom 4 has a large walk-in closet with ample shelving.
This ground floor bedroom is ideal for those with less mobility. The bedroom has ensuite facilities, a full size pool bathroom that leads out onto the patio and swimming pool area. There is also a fitted wardrobe within this room.
Games Room with pool, ice hockey and foosball tables.
At the rear of the property is a 28 x 14 foot swimming pool combined with a spa pool. There is a pool safety fence and a custom designed enclosed screen. For your enjoyment there is a decked area plus shaded patio area which has plenty of comfortable sun loungers and a patio table and chairs.
There is a double garage with ample space for two vehicles. A door leads from the ulility area into the garage.
