The villa is set in a quiet location with in easy reach of all major theme parks and lots of restaurants and shops 15 minutes from Disney.
Living Room
The living room boasts cathedral ceilings and is tastefully furnished. There is a large corner sofa with two built in reclining chairs and sofa bed, coffee tables and occasional tables with table lamps. It is a perfect place to relax with cable TV, DVD, stereo CD player and Xbox with games. A ceiling fan and air conditioning all help to keep you cool. Patio doors lead to covered lanai and pool.
Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom is very spacious with a beautiful queen size bed. The room has cable TV, DVD, radio alarm, bedside telephone, large walk in wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cupboards. It has a ceiling fan.
Twin Bedroom 1
This animal themed bedroom has twin beds, bedside cupboard, table lamp and clock radio, chest of drawers with mirror, cable TV, DVD player and a large wardrobe. It has a ceiling fan.
Twin Bedroom 2
This cool blue themed bedroom has twin beds and a beautiful new wooden bedroom suite with bedside cupboard, table lamp, cable TV, DVD player and a large fitted wardrobe. It has a ceiling fan.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, large microwave oven, large American style fridge freezer with ice maker, dish washer and waste disposal. The fitted cabinets contain a good range of crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils. The washing machine and spin dryer are in the garage.
Dining
The main dining area has a dining table and six chairs.
Bathrooms
The master bathroom has a walk-in double shower, vanity unit and beautiful sliding doors. The second bathroom has bathshower, vanity unit and beautiful sliding doors.
Games Room
The garage has been converted into a games room to add to the enjoyment of your stay. Here you will find a pool table, air hockey, & a dart board.
Pool Area
The pool area is very private with two 6ft fences at each side and a 5ft fence at the bottom of the garden. Tropical shrubs and palms make this an ideal place to relax - the beautiful butterflies like it too!
There is a covered lanai and the patio furniture is top of the range. There are inflatable toys for the children to enjoy. Pool heat is available on request.
Smoking is restricted to pool terrace only.
