Our villa is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, wheelchair friendly property situated within a prestigious private community known as Aylesbury. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has the capacity to sleep 8 people comfortably.

Aylesbury is located in a quiet, peaceful area off Highway 27, within easy access to Interstate 4. Also, when you rent our villa you can make FREE TELEPHONE CALLS WORLDWIDE from the home telephone enabling you to keep in touch with those back home or friends abroad.

This ideal location means that Walt Disney main gate is only 15 minutes away. Universal, International Drive and other major attractions are also within easy reach. For golfing enthusiasts there are many courses nearby.

Orlando International airport a 30 minute drive whilst Sanford airport around one hour.

Master Bedroom

The master has ensuite facilities plus cable TV.

Second Bedroom

The second and third bedrooms are double-bedded rooms.

Third Bedroom

The bedroom has twin beds and is Disney themed.

Living Area

The large open planned living area TV/DVD/VCR facilities and access to the pool area.

Kitchen/Dining Aria

The dining area is equipped for both formal and casual occasions and leads into the open plan kitchen which is fitted with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer (with ice-maker), dishwasher and many smaller appliances.

The large double garage contains a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bathrooms

This is a 2 bathroom property. The main bathroom in the house is fully wheelchair friendly.

Pool Area

There is a large screened swimming pool with ample decking area for sunbathing. The area is equipped with sun loungers and a table and chairs. The pool also has an electric heater that has an optional charge.
