This beautiful home is very spacious and consists of lounge, dining area, kitchen, breakfast nook, two ensuite master bedrooms both with cable TV, two twin bedrooms sharing a third bathroom, and south-facing, fully screened, pool. All rooms are air-conditioned, and are fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency lighting. All bathrooms include a lighted vanity unit and come complete with hairdryer. There is a games room and a PC with high-speed internet access.
There is a supermarket, a 24-hour hypermarket, restaurants, takeaways and a Blockbuster rental outlet all located at the main entrance and all within easy walking distance of the villa.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and has cable TV, DVD/CD player, and telephone. There is also a queen-sized bed settee.

The fully fitted kitchen comprises range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, waste disposal unit, iron and ironing board. The washer and tumble dryer are sited in the garage.
The south-facing screened pool has optional heating for the winter months. The pool deck has a covered, furnished, seating area, and is equipped with sun loungers.
