Our luxury villa is fully air conditioned and all rooms have roof fans for your comfort. It has a covered Lanai, 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) a living room, family room, fully fitted kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room and double garage (10 in 1 games table and electronic dart board). A gas barbeque is also supplied.
With a south facing, completely private and unoverlooked swimming pool and local scenery to die for, you'll feel right at home here, just a few miles from all the major Kissimmee attractions (including Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld), yet away from the hustle and bustle of the larger, more tourist-orientated villa communities along the US192 / Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway.
This villa is fully compliant with Florida State Regulations for Rental Properties Department of Business and Professional Regulation (Division of Hotel and Restaurants).
The villa sits on half an acre of land and has its own lemon, orange and grapefruit trees, which you are more than welcome to indulge on. The driveway has sufficient space for two vehicles. The wildlife in the area can be entertaining to watch and to listen to, especially first thing in the morning. The insects in the surrounding woodlands make a noise that can only be classed as an experience at dusk! In the middle of the day, you will often see a lizard or two baking in the sun on the pavement or wall.
Doral Woods is a quiet, select and well maintained area set in a conservation and wildlife corridor. Primarily built with permanent residents in mind, the location is ideal for a quieter 'home' while you are away. Available on-site are a community swimming pool and tennis courts, freely available for your use during your stay.
The family room offers the perfect place to relax on the leather reclining corner sofas. With its cable television and entry to the lanai you have the best of both worlds.
Next to the kitchen and breakfast nook, all the family can enjoy this room with its 32 inch cable television and video/DVD player, leather reclining corner unit and tables and lamps.
For safety reasons and to comply with Florida State Law, the external door in this room is alarmed for the protection of children.
The living room is the ideal place to listen to your favourite music on the multi-change CD/radio cassette stereo system.
It has a queen size sofa bed and a two seater sofa, table, roof fan, occasional tables, coffee table and beautiful table lamps. The view from the window lets you look out on the front lawn.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with mirrored bed head. It has cable television, roof fan, dressing table, drawers, walk-in closet and safe and telephone. The front window looks out onto the front lawn.
The first twin room has been dressed especially for children and has 2 single beds, dressing table, double door closet, cable tv, DVD player, PS2 games console and games, roof fan, table lamps and vanity chair, radio/alarm clock.
The second twin room has 2 single beds, dressing table, double door closet, cable television DVD player, Nintendo Games console, radio/alarm clock, HiFi unit, roof fan, table lamps and vanity chair.
The ensuite bathroom is fully tiled and has a double vanity, w.c, Jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower. Access to the pool area can be gained through here. The ideal way to relax at the end of hard day's fun would be a dip in the pool followed by a shower or Jacuzzi before collapsing into bed!
Bathroom two is located between these two bedrooms with a full size bath and integral shower, w.c, vanity unit, large mirror and a mirrored medicine cabinet.
The kitchen is next to the family room so even if you are busy cooking, you can still be part of the family routine.
Including a large modern range and oven, microwave, food mixer, dishwasher, toaster, fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, juicer, coffee grinder, coffee maker, kettle, waste disposer... in fact everything you need for the family meals and then some!
The fridge freezer also features a light on the ice dispenser, making a midnight glass of water an easy thing to get.
An ideal place for a quick bite to eat or somewhere to sit the laptop while you're surfing the net, the breakfast nook is neatly nestled in the corner of the kitchen and family room.
The formal dining room offers the perfect place for the family meal, with a view out over the covered lanai and pool area.
It has an American washed oak table and chairs, illuminated display cabinets and is ideally situated next to the kitchen.
The games room with pool table, air hockey, foosball and dartboard is an ideal way to spend a relaxing evening 'at home'.
Last but not least this villa also has a separate laundry room with large washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is also an iron and board, hair dryers, heated hair curlers and hair straighteners for your use.
The south facing pool is 30 feet by 18 feet and is the perfect place to soak up the Florida sun lying on the sun loungers on the large sun deck. Access to the pool is gained via the family room and the ensuite bathroom. This is ideal to have a shower after your time in the pool.
The pool is heated for free by solar panels, but during the winter months electric heating can be used for a small weekly charge. Enjoy a swim whenever you wish, even in the evening as the pool and pool deck can be illuminated and the rear gardens floodlit.
