Our beautiful villa is furnished to an extremely high standard and on a tropical theme. The villa has 5 bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and have their own entrances to the pool area. A queen (double) room and a further two twin bedrooms, along with another two bathrooms, ensure that the villa can comfortably accommodate 2 - 12 people - handy for both couples and families - whatever your party size our spacious Florida home is large enough to cope!

Our great room is spacious, cool, calm and relaxing decorated in a Tommy Bahamas style and with a ceiling fan in the vaulted ceiling for extra comfort it is the ideal place to relax and rejuvenate. For your entertainment there is a TV/DVD/VCR and HI-FI along with our 'take-one-leave-one' library of paperbacks by best selling authors. There are also board games, DVDs and PS2 games to enjoy.

When you feel like dining in style - our elegant dining area with it's comfy chairs and beautiful glass table will ensure your dining experience is a relaxing one...

Breakfast Area

Because we know that sometimes a lazy relaxed breakfast requires something a little less formal....

King Master Bedroom 1

With fluffy down pillows and its own walk in master bathroom with large shower, toilet, double vanity unit, bath, extra wardrobe space and it's own entrance to the pool area, not to mention tropical furnishings and big cushions this room offers luxury and elegance....oh and it also has upgraded cable tv!

King Master Bedroom 2

This room is REALLY tropical with Plantation style furnishings and it's own bathroom with shower and bath, toilet and vanity unit - also has upgraded cable tv.

Queen Bedroom

A double room, bright and pretty and has it's own bathroom attached with shower and bath, toilet and vanity unit - also has upgraded cable tv.

Disney Twin Bedroom

Recently upgraded and subtly DISNEY themed - this room appeals to big and little Mickey & Minnie fans - also has upgraded cable tv.

First Twin Bedroom

Green, Flowery and Funky! a little oasis of calm... also has upgraded cable tv.

Poolside Dining

An outdoor fan and light compliment this large outside dining area which is under cover of the house so whatever the tropical weather you can enjoy a meal by the pool.

Pool View

Our 29ft x 13ft pool and spa are south west facing which means you get the sun through the day and well into the evening - ideal for relaxing after a hard day at the parks or shopping!

Drinks by the Spa

What better place to sit and soak up the sun as you listen to the gentle bubbling of the Spa?

Games Room

A 7ft pool table, air hockey, darts, as well as tennis racquets and balls are provided for the sporty.
