Sandy Ridge is situated in a beautiful, quiet and well kept community, of both residential and vacation homes, surrounded by conservation area. Close to Interstate 4 (Junction 58) and HWY 192, allowing convenient access to all theme parks, golf courses, restaurants, shopping centres and beaches.

With accomodation for up to 8 people, the villa is located on a large corner plot overlooking conservation to the rear of the property. Fully air conditioned, with additional ceiling fans for added comfort, the villa is fully furnished throughout and is finished to a very high standard of workmanship.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, which comprises of a large dining table, which can be extended to accomodate up to 8 people, six dining chairs and two bar stools beside a breakfast bar.

Off the dining room is a fully fitted luxury kitchen, which is well eqipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker, double sink, garbage disposal, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. In addition to the electrical appliances outlined above, the kitchen contains a full set of crockery, cutlery, glassware, saucepans, storage jars etc. providing you with all your needs for wining and dining.

The laundry room comprises of a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities, which is located in separate utility room, close to the kitchen.

As you exit the villa to the pool area, there is a covered patio area, with a ceiling fan to keep you cool when the sun gets too hot. There is a full set of patio furniture with cushions, 4 chairs, patio table and 2 reclining lounge chairs. Also, the covered patio area contains a light, which allows you to eat and drink outside during the evenings, whilst relaxing in the warm climate.

To the rear of the villa is a large swimming pool, measuring 24 feet by 15 feet, which has a light should you wish to take a swim in the evening. In addition to the pool, there is a nine foot decking area, which provides the perfect space for relaxing and enjoying the pool area. Surroundingthe pool area is a pool cage that allows the sun to come in, yet keeping the bugs out. As the villa is on corner plot, the lower portion of the pool cage has frosted glass for added privacy.

For added safety and especially where there are children of all ages, a pool guard can be erected to close off the swimming pool from the rest of the patio area.
