About The Villa
Porch to Main Entrance into a very spacious 2100 square feet of living area luxury. South-facing rear with Large Deck Area & Lanai, Pool & Spa/Jacuzzi, Private, all day sunshine, and scenic views - splendid sunsets. We have provided a Gas BBQ, for those who fancy a bit of outdoor cooking fare - floodlit for evening use. BBQ Tools are provided.
Solar Heating gives extra pleasure to our Magnificent Pool & Spa/Jacuzzi - additional optional Gas Heating available, seasonally required. Gameroom with Air Hockey Table, Pool Table and Poker/Card Table. We have even more entertainment provided - see Floor Plan and Room Details. We have provided Two Personal Lockable Security Safes. All Linen's, All Towels & Pool Towels, including Beach Towels, are provided. A Hair Dryer to each bathroom is provided. We have a Crib/Cot with Bedding, a Highchair and a Stroller. Our local, helpful and friendly Management Company can provide for any other requirement that you might wish attended to.

Lounge Area
Our Quiet Lounge, overlooking the pool & deck area. A place to relax, perhaps read or chat and plan those amusement park excursions while all the excitement takes place elsewhere! This area also has the sofa-bed if your family temporarily extends to ten.
The Dining Room
Spacious Dining Room with table that seats six people comfortably. Ideal for entertaining family and guests in a more formal setting. Light and airy, front aspect.
The Breakfast Nook
Breakfast Nook seats four, but its purpose is not just for breakfast, it can be flexibly combined with the Dining Room for when your family and guests become more numerous on those formal occasions. Views over the Pool Deck Area.
The Kitchen
Here you will want for nothing - other than being wined and dined out instead! Remember, shops and restaurants are only a short drive away, everybody needs a break after all!
Placed centrally in the middle of the Villa, the roomy Kitchen is a social gathering place, complete with breakfast bar. Water & Ice dispencing Fridge/Freezer with a cavernous interior for those oversized drink bottles and boxed leftovers we all bring home. Large Oven and Range, Microwave, Dishwater, and Sink Waste Disposal.
Other facilities included include an Electric Kettle and Teapot, Coffee Filter/Maker, Toaster, Blender and Can Opener. Generous cupboard and wall units, pantry and a comprehensive array of kitchen tools, cutlery and crockery and glassware, including those specifically for use in the Pool Deck Area, dont forget our Gas BBQ too.
The Utility Room
The Utility Room includes both Autowasher and Autodrier facilities, though this room in the villa is hidden behind a closed door, so it can easily be forgotten! An Iron and Ironing Board are found in a separate cupboard along with the Vacumn Cleaner.
The Games Room/garage
Large area is generally accessed from the interior. In here we have provided a Game Room environment comprising an Air Hockey Table, Pool Table and Poker/Card Table - updated photographs to follow soon.
The Great Room
The Main Lounge with Cable TV, 5.1 Surround Sound DVD, CD and Radio entertainment centre. We provided a selection of DVD's, books, card and boardgames for all ages. We provide a PlayStation 2 and a Retro Games Console.
(You can also bring/rent your own DVD's, CD's and PS2 games - US Region 1) Great views over the Pool Deck Area.
The Master Suite Bedroom
US Queen Size Bed - that's 5' wide for the uninitiated! Sideboard and Bedside Units with plenty of drawer space. Subtle bedside lighting, Ceiling Light & Fan. Alarm Clock/Radio. Cable TV. Retro Games Console found here. Great views over the Pool Deck Area and beyond.
Door leading to a Whopping Ensuite Bathroom - via a separate Large Walk-in Closet with vast amounts of hanging and shelf space, Personal Safe found here.
Ensuite Bathroom
Feature ceiling, separate His and Her Vanity Units up/over lighting to each, Large Walk-in Shower Enclosure, Roman Bath and a separate Toilet.
The Family Room leads out onto the covered Lanai and Pool area via large patio doors making this a very light and sunny space to relax in. Ceiling fan is provided for a little breeze or to really cool you down the villa is fully air-conditioned.
The Double Bedroom
Tastefully decorated, large closet with plenty of hanging and shelf facilities. Personal Safe. Ceiling light/fan. Wonderful scenic southerly views over the ridge and beyond.
Second Bathroom - ensuite.
From this ceramic tiled bathroom with its large shower, vanity unit/basin and wc it's just a couple of footsteps to Spacious Screened Pool Deck Area.
The Twin Bedrooms
First and Second Twin Bedrooms
Features of both rooms are a pair of Twin Beds, Sideboard with drawer space, and a Large Closet with plenty of hanging and shelf space.
Third Bathroom
Is separate and generally shared by the twin bedrooms. Bath with overhead Shower, Vanity Unit/Basin with up/over lighting and WC. A hair drier is provided for each of the three bathrooms.
The Pool Deck Area
This is the patio area of the sundeck. It is enclosed to shade you from the sun or showers (very occasional). It is ideal for evening entertaining as the ceiling fan will keep you cool as you relax with a BBQ or snacks whilst winding down from another hectic day!
