Our luxury Villa is situated in the small select development of Orange Tree. It is located off highway 27, approximately 8 miles from the I-4 motorway and Disney's main entrance. The villa has a large east facing screened pool and jacuzzi.
The Development is a mixture of residential and rental properties, with a large communal playing field, tennis courts and a separate children's play area.
Orange Tree is conveniently situated to all the theme parks
Super Wal-Mart - located within a 3 minute drive of our villa on highway 27 - this store offers everything you could possibly need from groceries to clothing etc., and is conveniently open 24 hours a day.
Walgreens - A drive-thru pharmacy open 24 hours a days
Wendy's - An American diner restaurant offering a wide choice, particularly good for breakfasts.
Disney - Magic Kingdom, MGM studios, Animal Kingdom, Epcot all within 15 minute drive.
Golf - Many golf courses including championship courses are available locally.
Restaurants & Shopping - There are many restaurants and shops along the US192 which is a 5 minute drive from the villa.
Our luxury vacation villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom has queen size bed with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin rooms (singles) which share a bathroom (Jack & Jill).
The villa is fully air-conditioned and is set for your comfort, the family room and all the bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
The villa is professionally cleaned before each arrival and there are full laundry facilities should you wish to us during your stay. This includes a washing machine & dryer and also an ironing board should the mood take you!
The Kitchen has a full size stove & over, microwave, dishwater.
The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday and everything (with exception of gas pool heating) is included in your weekly rate including electricity, water, cable TV, all linen and towel are included in the weekly rate.

The delightful heated pool is approximate 30ft x 15ft with a jacuzzi & waterfall feature. It is fully illuminated during the evening giving a stunning effect.
Heating of the pool & jacuzzi is an optional extra and worth considering during the winter months or for those of you who like to swimming under the stars.
The pool has a fully screened enclosure and is equipped with luxury comfortable patio furniture.
The Games Rooms includes a pool table, foosball, table tennis, Shuffle board table, electronic darts board, PS2 and much, much more!
The family room is a lovely light airy room looking out the patio doors and overlooking the covered lanai and pool.
It is fully air-conditioned with central ceiling fan. It has an entertainment centre equipped with a large 29in. remote control television and cable TV facilities plus a DVD player. There is also a stereo CD player and radio. It is tastefully furnished.
Our master suite is beautifully decorated and furnished, with ceiling fan, large walk-in closet and room for a cot. It is equipped with 21in. colour remote television with cable TV.
The master en-suite has His 'n' Hers sinks and a beautiful corner bath with a large walk in shower.
The second double is attractively furnished & decorated with queen size bed, ceiling fan, and colour remote television with cable TV.
The twin rooms are tastefully decorated to suit both youngsters & older guest alike, equipped with ceiling fans, remote control televisions with cable TV.
The villa benefits from a separate dining room, ideal for that relaxing meal and seats six comfortable, with the addition of the kitchen seating.... Ideal for the children!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new ceramic hob cooker & double door fridge with ice-maker. There is also a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and coffee maker.
