Our luxury Villa is situated in the small select development of Orange Tree. It is located off highway 27, approximately 8 miles from the I-4 motorway and Disney’s main entrance. The villa has a large east facing screened pool and jacuzzi.
The Development is a mixture of residential and rental properties, with a large communal playing field, tennis courts and a separate children's play area.
Orange Tree is conveniently situated to all the theme parks
Super Walmart - located within a 3 minute drive of our villa on highway 27 - this store offers everything you could possibly need from groceries to clothing etc., and is conveniently open 24 hours a day.

Wendy's - An American diner restaurant offering a wide choice, particularly good for breakfasts.
Disney - Magic Kingdom, MGM studios, Animal Kingdom, Epcot all within 15 minute drive.
