A comfortable stay begins with the turn of a key at our four-bedroom, three-bathroom home which has plenty of room for family and friends. It is decorated in a light modern Florida style and is fully furnished and equipped with laundry facilities and a television in each bedroom and the living room.
if the vacation days get a bit too hot under the Florida sun, simply take a dip in the screen covered pool or relax in the adjoining Jacuzzi.
Our home is minutes away from Disney World with Universal Studios and Seaworld a short drive away. New Smyrna beaches (on the east coast) and Tampa, St. Petersburg beaches (on the west coast) are all around 1 hour away. Some of the World's finest beaches, golf, restaurants, shopping and entertainment can all be part of a day's activity.

The sleeping accommodation at Sunny Ridge Villa includes 2 master bedrooms. The first master suite includes a king-size bed, dresser with cable TV, nightstands with lamps, and walk-in closet space, plus a master bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity basin with mirror, and toilet. The second master includes a queen-size bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser with cable TV and master bathroom with vanity basin and mirror, shower and toilet.
Each of the remaining 2 bedrooms are perfectly appointed for the kids in the family, with 2 twin beds, nightstand with lamp, dresser with cable TV, and ample closet space...plus adjacent or nearby family bathrooms. Finally, the sofa in the family room can convert to a queen-size sleeper as required.
There are two ensuite bathrooms and one family bathroom.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need for that favourite family treat, or a simple snack. Choose to eat together as a family while on vacation at the formal dining area or al-fresco by the pool.
Outside, there's a superb and optionally heated private, screened pool with a bubbling spa where you and your family can splash around, relax in the bubbling spa, or laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the sun-loungers and soak in "the rays." The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
