Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the family bathroom which has a bath and overhead shower, single wash basin and w.c.

The spacious lounge has two 3-seater sofas, (one is Queen size sleeper for two), TV and a DVD/CD player.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen has a large cooker with oven and grill, large fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher (all with instructions). Cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and blender are provided.

There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the elegant breakfast nook with table and chairs for four people. It overlooks the swimming pool and patio area.
