Luxury 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom detached villa is fully air conditioned, complete with mosquito screened outdoor heated swimming pool. The villa will sleep 6 people with the capacity for an additional 2 people making a total of 8.
The villa comprises a lounge, kitchen, dining area and is equipped with a kitchen boasting every conceivable modern amenity.
Outside you are welcomed with table and chairs, sun loungers and mosquito screen, where you can quickly drift into the relaxed Floridian way of life. Florida Ventures operates a maid service between lets and during if the need facilitates.
A good size family room is furnished in typical Floridian style, with comfortable seating, table and chairs, telephone answering machine, Cable TV and video. Light and airy, fully carpeted throughout, will give you every opportunity to sit back and relax. Such is the design of our villa you will have a perfect view of the swimming pool through the large patio doors.
A fully equipped kitchen boasting every conceivable modern amenity; dishwasher, microwave, oven, waste disposal unit, fridge/freezer with icemaker, washing machine, dryer, and much, much more. Adjoining the kitchen is a dining area with table and chairs for your own personal entertainment.
The master bedroom comprises a king size bed, cable TV, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.
The second bedroom comprises a double bed, built in wardrobes and chest of drawers.
The third bedroom comprises twin beds, built in wardrobes and chest of drawers.
The swimming pool is easily accessible through the living room patio doors where you will find yourself relaxing outside in the Florida sunshine. It has underwater lighting and in the cooler months the pool is heated to a very acceptable temperature and is treated and maintained every week.
On the patio area there is a table and chairs as well as sun-loungers for you to bask in the Florida sunshine and enjoy the outdoor life we all crave.
Our home is located in a superbly appointed area within Westridge, with its vast number of trees and palms to give you that real tropical feeling, as you walk out of the front door. Holidaying in this environment can only make your stay one of the more relaxing and pleasurable experiences you would wish, when leaving the comforts of your own home.
