This beautifully furnished, air-conditioned and spacious, 5 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom, villa offers unrivalled comfort and amenities with a fully screened pool and spa area and an extended sundeck overlooking a private landscaped area. The villa comfortably meets the needs of up to 12 guests.
Avoid all the queues on the 192, drive from the villa straight to Interstate 4 and on to Disney.
The spacious main family room is comfortably furnished and fitted with a ceiling fan. It has a large full Cable TV, CD and DVD players with a selection of DVDs, Games and books for your entertainment.
The dining area is beautifully furnished for formal dining for six.
The kitchen includes a breakfast bar for casual dining, which together with an adjacent nook provides further dining for up to seven persons.
A second family room is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a sleeper sofa, Cable TV and Playstation 2, with a selection of games. This room can also be used as a further bedroom if required.
There is a desk and comfortable chair in a quiet area on the top floor. Internet access is available here for those who need to keep in touch back home.
The spacious fully equipped, fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge with icemaker and water cooler.
The kitchen includes a Breakfast Bar for casual dining, which together with an Adjacent nook provides further dining for up to seven persons.
Accommodation is provided with three master bedrooms, two with king size beds and one with queen size bed. All with ensuite bathrooms and showers. The two further bedrooms are furnished with twin beds; both have access to the fourth bathroom.
