Welcome to our 4 bedroom luxury villa which is on the exclusive High Grove Resort. A Mediterranean style gated community only 10 minutes from Disney and close to all the big name theme parks. The wonderful corner plot backs onto open conservation land across a lake giving views of spectacular sunsets as you float in the pool! Guests on High Grove are also welcome to use the beautiful Resort Clubhouse. This is the place where you can rent our luxury home and start planning for that dream holiday in Florida.
We privately own our villa and take great pride in making sure our home is the perfect place to stay. Everything you need is provided clean and fresh and you can be reassured by the 24 hour call-out should anything unexpected happen.

Foyer
As you walk in the first thing you see is the beautifully light and large open plan living area. From here you get a view down almost the full length of the home, which is fully air conditioned and mainly carpeted.
Family Room
The comfortable and stylish living area is a great place to relax at the end of each action packed day. We've fitted digital cable TV, DVD, Internet access and a Playstation 2 for entertainment and there are also free local and state telephone calls. The west facing patio doors provide plenty of light and access straight out onto the pool deck.
Master Bedroom 1
Master Bedroom One is at the rear of the villa and has a very comfortable king size bed, elegant furniture consisting of bedside cabinets with lamps, dresser with overhead mirror, fitted wardrobe and digital cable TV. Patio doors give great bedside views and lead directly out onto the sunny pool deck. The en suite includes a large shower cubicle, sink vanity unit, overhead mirror and lighting.
Master Bedroom 2
Master Bedroom Two is just as comfortable as bedroom one with another fantastic king size bed and digital cable TV. No more arguments about who has the best room! We've fitted a fire proof electronic safe inside the large walk in wardrobe so you can secure valuables during your stay. The en suite has a large shower cubicle, sink vanity unit, overhead mirror and leads directly out to the pool which allows the en suite to double as a pool bath during the day.
Bedroom 3
Bedroom Three is a smart twin-bedded room and has a bedside cabinet with lamp, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers plus digital cable TV. There is door directly into the family bathroom, known as a 'Jack and Jill' because you have access from two bedrooms.
Bedroom 4
Bedroom Four is a lovely bright and white airy bedroom with three windows situated at the front corner of the villa. The bedroom is twin bedded with a chest of drawers, lamp, fitted wardrobe and digital cable TV. This room also adjoins the 'Jack and Jill' bathroom.
Kitchen/Dining
The modern tiled kitchen is fully equipped and includes, large oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, saucepans, silverware, dinnerware and utensils. The large dining table next to the window has seating for six people. For laundry there is a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board although all the linen and towels for your stay are provided freshly laundered.
Family 'Jack & Jill' Bathroom
The Family Bathroom has a separate vanity area which has a sink, plenty of cupboard space, mirror with overhead lighting and shaving point. The bath with overhead shower and toilet are separated from the vanity area by a door.
Games Room
We have recently converted our large two car garage into a fantastic games room and have begun by fitting arcade quality pool table, air hockey, table tennis and magnetic darts.
Pool
This fabulous pool faces west and overlooks a lake and a conservation area giving greater privacy. The deck is surrounded by a large blocked paved area which has been extended to 19ft x 38ft and is covered by a fine mesh screen that lets the sun in but keeps the insects out. Available are table, chairs and sun beds allowing you to lie back, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.
Spa
For those times when even swimming and sunbathing are too much, you can just sit back and unwind in our luxury spa. For greatest effect this works best with the pool heat which can be pre-ordered for an additional daily charge and is recommended from October to March.
