Welcome to our superb Florida home. For that family holiday of a lifetime stay in our lovely villa and enjoy all the attractions the world's vacation capital has to offer. A perfect place for all the family.
Our beautiful home is fully air conditioned, has its own private pool and spa offering a relaxing place to stay after fun filled days.
We have taken great care to furnish our home to a high standard; it is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday.
Our spacious home comfortably sleeps 8 (10 using the sofa bed in the living room), great for extended families or two families to share.
The main living area is subtly decorated and is furnished with a 3-piece suite (including sofa bed) and side tables. There is a large remote-controlled colour cable TV which includes built-in DVD and Video players. There is also a mini Hi-Fi system which includes an AM/FM radio, CD player and which you can plug your MP3 player in to as well.
There are a number of DVDs, books and board games provided, so you can watch a movie, listen to music or play games until the end of the day!
The living area also has a remote-control ceiling fan.
The master bedroom is very spacious and contains a king-sized bed, dresser and side tables. Furthermore the room is equipped with a remote-controlled colour cable TV and radio alarm clock. It also benefits from a remote control ceiling fan, which allows you to gently stir the cooled air without even getting out of bed!
There is a lockable door which opens onto the covered lanai and pool area, so there are no excuses for not taking an early morning dip before the parks open!
The second master bedroom is also spacious and appointed with a queen-sized bed, dresser and side tables. It is also equipped with a remote-controlled colour cable TV, radio alarm clock and remote-controlled ceiling fan.
This bedroom has twin beds, bedside table and ample dresser space. Also have spacious built-in wardrobes. In addition a remote-controlled colour cable TV and radio alarm clock.

This well-appointed bathroom has a twin-bowl vanity unit, large walk-in shower, bath and a separate toilet.

The third bathroom is located between twin bedroom and bedroom 4 and comprises a single-bowl vanity unit, bath, shower and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences including a large fridge freezer (with ice maker), large oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, etc, etc. All pots and pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery are provided. Plastic tableware and glasses are also provided for outdoor use.
There is also a telephone which can be used for free local US calls.
The dining area is at the front of the villa with the large table situated in the bay window. The table seats eight and a high chair is also provided.
The garage has been converted into a games room to add to the enjoyment of your stay. Here you will find a pool table, air hockey, & a dart board.
The screened extended deck area (excluding covered lanai) measures 40ft x 30ft, is east facing and has an outlook over a large pined area, so is not overlooked. There is plenty of sunbathing space. The pool screen won't affect your sunbathing, but it does keep out almost all bugs and flying insects (Florida is sub-tropical after all).
The spa with lots of bubbles easily accommodates 4 adults and sits in the apex of the pool.
Relax in here and let the bubbles soothe away whatever the day had in store for you.
There are plenty of loungers to relax on and work on the tan. But for those guests wanting some shade there is a covered lanai.
The pool and spa both have underwater lighting.
Sliding doors lead out onto the lanai (covered patio with fan) and large pool area.
