Our villa has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 12 guests; it's sure to be the perfect base for your family's next Disney vacation. Our home is nestled within a 200 acre conservation area with lakes and fountains, which provide a hospitable habitat for Cranes, Ospreys and Blue Herons.

Robson's Retreat has a grand entranceway leading to a tiled hallway that opens to the secondary living room and dining room, and then through to the spacious, bright family room and kitchen.

Family Room & Kitchen

The family room has a sumptuous sofa and love seat, coffee and occasional tables plus a 50 inch large screen Cable TV with a DVD Player, CD Music System and an XBOX 360 for your entertainment.

The family room leads out to the shaded lanai which has tables and chairs to enjoy your outdoor Dining and also pool furniture to sit and relax in around the sparkling clear pool and bubbling spa pool that overlooks conservation to the rear.

Dining Room & Breakfast Nook

The breakfast nook is adjacent to the kitchen and a great place to enjoy breakfast or a coffee while you plan your day.

Pool & Spa

Relax in our private pool/spa which overlooks a conservation area. Underwater lighting illuminates the pool at night.

The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

There's also a pool bathroom provided for your added comfort.
