Evergreen Villa is a luxury villa. It sleeps 8 people in four bedroom and has a private pool, jacuzzi and poolside bathroom. The pooldeck has been extended and overlooks a lake and unspoilt conservation area.
Please note that Evergreen Villa is now a non smoking rental outside as well as inside the property. No pets permitted.
The villa is situated in The Sanctuary at West Haven, a peaceful gated community only ten minutes from Disney. The landscaped boulevards and lakes help The Sanctuary to maintain a harmonious balance with nature; so as well as being close to all the major attractions, The Sanctuary is also far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle and relax after a hectic day.
The master bedroom has direct access to the pool deck via double patio doors. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a large corner bath, large walk-in shower, two built-in hand basins and a separate toilet.
The second double room also has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a large walk-in shower unit, built in washbasin and toilet.
This is a twin room and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom. It has the advantage of a three-quarter bath ideal for bathing smaller children and is fitted with an overhead bath shower.
The fourth bedroom and has twin beds. This room shares a bathroom with the third bedroom.
The Kitchen is fully fitted with a large capacity fridge freezer, 4-ring electric hob and oven, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and microwave oven. It comes fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and all other utensils.
This area includes two sofas, a dining table with six chairs, an over-head fan/lighting unit, a colour cable TV, DVD player, and radio/CD player. Numerous books, CDs and DVDs are also provided.
The garage has been carpeted and air-conditioned and converted into a games room. A pool table, Xbox, football table and CD player have been installed.
The south east facing pool deck overlooks a scenic lake and conservation area. It is fully screened and equipped with luxury padded poolside furniture. This includes 2 large tables, 2 small tables, 2 sun loungers, 8 chairs; 4 of which are reclining, 4 footstools and an airer for drying clothes. A BBQ is also provided. The pool area is not overlooked, meaning you can always relax in complete comfort and privacy and the deck has been extended in order to make the most of the spectacular Florida sun until late afternoon.
The pool itself is 27 x 13 ft and the integrated circular Jacuzzi provides an ideal place to relax. Both are fitted with underwater lighting, making them perfect for those irresistible late night dips and if you are visiting during the winter months, the pool and Jacuzzi can be heated.
The poolside bathroom comes complete with toilet and washbasin and an exterior shower is fitted to the rear.
