This luxurious villa is ideally located at davenport lakes on the US27. It is easily accessible from both the US192 and I-4 with easy access to nearby shopping, pubs, restaurants; Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes drive away. You're sure to find that our home away from home will fulfil your dreams.
Our villa comprises two levels and is fully air conditioned. It has its own private pool and extended sun terrace which features a covered lanai, ideal for outside dining or a break from the sun.
The living area features cable TV, DVD, video player with DVDs and videos available, internet access is also available using your own laptop. From the living area you enter the dining area which has settings for 4 people with an elegant dimmer light above the table for that perfect meal. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a large fridge freezer with built in ice-machine, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher.
The second living area, situated at the top of the stairs, is an ideal place to sit and relax and read a book or just chill out after a day at the parks or fun day shopping.
The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom and a spacious walk-in wardrobe and fabulous view of the pool area. The second bedroom is on the upper level with queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and separate bathroom. Bedrooms three and four each have twin single beds and plenty of wardrobe space.
The games room is equipped with a pool table, table tennis, dart board and children's slot machine with coins provided for hours of endless fun.
The utility room is situated on the ground floor and has a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
Outside the villa boasts a large private swimming pool with screened lanai and spacious sun terrace, ideal for topping up your tan or just having fun in the florida sunshine.
All linen and towels are provided including pool towels. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.
