The Poinciana Golf & Racquet Resort, Green Meadows Farm, Silver Spurs Rodeo and Lake Toho are all close by. Airboat rental and parasailing is available at East Lake Toho and various other local sites.
The beautiful Gulf Coast beaches and the Gulf Keys are around 1½ hour drive away. For the more adventurous traveller a few hours drive south offers the Gold Coast, Miami Beach, The Everglades and the unforgettable Florida Keys.

With a south facing, completely private and unoverlooked swimming pool and local scenery to die for, you'll feel right at home here, just a few miles from all the major Kissimmee attractions (including Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld), yet away from the hustle and bustle of the larger, more tourist-orientated villa communities along the US192 / Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway.
The villa is fully air conditioned (which does not have the unpleasant dry 'hotel' smell to it) and all rooms have roof fans for your comfort. It has a covered Lanai, 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) a living room, family room, fully fitted kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room and double garage (10 in 1 games table and electronic dart board). A gas barbeque is also supplied.
