Our Florida home is situated in a peaceful spot, yet only 15 minutes to Walt Disney World by car. Westridge is located at the western end of the 192 and just off Highway 27. The journey from Orlando International Airport takes around 40 minutes by car and Sanford Airport approximately one hour. Easy to follow directions will be sent to you with the house keys.
Westridge offers excellent facilities for those who are feeling energetic, including basketball court, playground, soccer field, swimming pool, tennis court and volleyball court.
There are shops, including large Publix and Walmart supermarkets, restaurants, banks, post office, petrol stations etc, all within a few minutes by car.
The villa has its own fully screened private pool which can be heated at additional cost. All rooms are air-conditioned and most have ceiling fans fitted.
We feel that our home is the ideal place to relax after a long and hectic day at the theme parks, or shops. Sit by the pool with an ice cold drink and soak up some of that gorgeous Florida sunshine.
For the golfers among you, there are several championship courses just minutes away by car.

The open plan kitchen has just about everything you could possibly need during your stay. The facilities include: full size cooker, large microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and kitchenware.
There is a telephone and local calls are free. Long distance and international calls can be made by using a telephone card that can be purchased at most shops locally. For early 2009 we are adding internet access and free calls to the UK.
There is access from the kitchen to the games room where you will find a fantastic selection of games, including pool table, air hockey table, dart board, table football, American football game and a basketball game. There is a ceiling fan fitted to help keep you cool.

The spacious living room has ample seating with three very comfortable leather sofas. A large 51in TV is provided together with a DVD player. We currently offer a superior cable package with over 185 TV and music channels. There is a CD player with radio available for guests. Ceiling fan fitted.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed, TV, telephone and large walk-in wardrobe (including a small safe). There is a ceiling fan fitted. The ensuite bathroom has a large shower, corner bath, wc and his 'n' hers wash basins.
All bed linen and towels (towels for indoor use only) are supplied. We politely request that our guests take their own towels for use around the pool.
The front double bedroom has a Queen-size bed with a wardrobe and ample storage units for clothing. Ceiling fan fitted.
Bedroom three has twin beds, wardrobe and additional unit for clothing etc. Ceiling fan fitted.
Bedroom four has twin beds, wardrobe and additional unit for clothing etc. Ceiling fan fitted.

The private swimming pool, which measures 30ft x 15ft, is fully screened and can be electrically heated. Pool furniture is provided for sunbathing and relaxing after the occasional dip.
There is a full size pool cover, large sun deck and underwater lighting.
Pool heating is recommended between the months of October and April. The daily cost for this is currently £15.00.

Apart from the usual theme parks that everyone visits, take a trip to 'Old Town' which is approx 15 miles away and located on the 192 at Marker '9'. Visit on a Saturday afternoon and stay for the early evening to see the Classic Car Cruise. There is a fantastic selection of 50's, 60's and 70's American cars. Live music starts around 7pm and at 8.30pm all the cars are driven down past the selection of themed shops. Check it out on www.old-town.com
Well worth a visit is the Boggy Creek Airboat Ride. Print off a discount coupon at www.bcairboats.com
On Highway 192 there are literally hundreds of places to eat, including well known names such as Golden Corral and Ponderosa. You pay for the main meal and then just help yourself to everything else - as much as you can eat! Also you will find lots of restaurants and some really good attractions on International Drive www.internationaldriveorlando.com.
