Enjoy the wonderful south-facing views over orange groves from our home at The Abbey in West Haven, an exclusive gated community set in a peaceful location within natural Florida surroundings. As well as luxury and privacy, you have a short drive to Disneyworld, all the other attractions, including the many golf courses in the area.

Enjoy the spacious Great room with its vaulted ceilings and 8 foot high patio doors to the lanai and pool area, facing south to the Orange Groves. For cable fans, there is a 27 inch cable TV with DVD, CD and VCR players. You will also find a library of books and games.
There are two master bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, cable TVs, radio-alarm clocks, hair-dryers and telephones.
The picture on the left shows the spacious master bedroom that faces south and has its own patio doors to the pool area. The ensuite bathroom has a corner bath, a large walk-in shower, double vanitory unit with illuminated mirror and a large walk-in closet.
There are also two twin bedrooms, sharing the third bathroom. This, the 'family' bathroom, is just opposite one of the doors to the pool area, so that no-one needs to drip through the main room for a shower!
One of the joys of renting a villa is the freedom to do what you want when you want. Enjoy the full kitchen with all the equipement and facilities you might want - a typical large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, full over, hob, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, and even an electric can-opener.
You can be a gourmet cook, or just call up the local Italian restaurant to deliver!
You can choose the larger dining area just off the Great room for the family; or enjoy alfesco meals in the shade of the lanai or at night with outdoor lights as the sun sets.
There is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen for those staggered meals to cater for the early risers and the later risers.
The Breakfast nook - ideal for the bowl of cornflakes or gently heated croissant with coffee.
The covered lanai is completely private, and the pool area is screened to the east and west with jasmine trellises with open views onto the orange groves on the south side. The ceiling fan in the lanai creates a gentle breeze on the hottest days, and its shelter allows you to escape any breezes in the cooler months.
Enjoy the space, light and privacy of the villa layout with its vaulted ceilings and large patio doors. The Great room, one of the master bedrooms, and one of the twin bedrooms all face south over the pool to the orange groves.
