Three bed, two bath villa in Kissimmee with its own secluded heated pool on a quiet lot close to Disney and the Orlando attractions. Sleeps up to 8 people. Perfect for a family or couple.
1400 square feet of air-conditioned living space that is both furnished and equipped to a high standard. The open plan design of lounge, dining and breakfast nooks under a cathedral ceiling provides a luxuriously light and comfortable holiday home.
For the benefit of all who stay in the villa we ask that you refrain from smoking whilst inside the villa.
We also have a larger 4-bed 2-bath villa located at Country Creek. From this villa all the Disney theme park attractions are located within a short driving distance.
The open plan main living area is decorated in a beautiful light Floridian style and comprises lounge, dining and breakfast nook under a cathedral ceiling. The entertainment centre provides satellite TV, DVD, VCR and CD.
The dual aspect master bedroom has patio doors that open directly to the pool area. The master ensuite bathroom has a Roman tub and a shower.
In one corner of the master bedroom there is a PC workstation with free/unlimited internet access, printer and CD burner to burn your family photograhs or occupy the kids with computer games.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds that can be quickly converted to a double using a "Create a King" device to link the mattresses and form a king size bed.
The family bathroom is shared with bedrooms 2 and 3.
The kitchen is equipped with all you could want: cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, liquidiser, coffee-maker, electric barbecue grill, and a full range of cooking and dining utensils.
There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the utility area. Other inventory items include electric iron/board, hair drier and vacuum cleaner. There is sufficient linen and towels for 8 people plus a change of each.
Enjoy lazy days around our 25 x 20 ft kidney-shaped secluded screened pool as a break from hectic days visiting the Orlando attractions. To wallow in a warm pool can become one of the great pleasures of your stay.
The private screened patio and pool area contains poolside furniture and loungers. Solar pool heating provides comfortable bathing temperatures year-round (subject to favorable conditions). Auxiliary electric pool heating is also available to guarantee a mid 80s Fahrenheit pool temperature during the cooler months (Nov-Feb). There is a charge to cover the extra cost, if this is switched on.
The fenced rear garden is not overlooked by anyone!
