For the benefit of all who stay in the villa we ask that you refrain from smoking whilst inside the villa.
We also have a smaller 3-bed 2-bath villa located at Country Crossings, which is within 20-25 minutes of all the major attractions in the Orlando area.

The kitchen is equipped with all you could want: cooker, built-in microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, liquidiser, coffee-maker, and a full range of cooking and dining utensils.
There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the utility room. Other inventory items include electric iron/board, hair drier and vacuum cleaner. There is sufficient linen and towels for 10 people.
The screened pool is heated for year round swimming. Lake view from the pool deck.
The private screened patio and pool area contains poolside furniture and loungers. Solar pool heating provides comfortable bathing temperatures year-round (subject to favorable conditions). Auxiliary electric pool heating is also available to guarantee a mid 80s Fahrenheit pool temperature during the cooler months (Nov-Feb). There is a charge to cover the extra cost, if this is switched on.
A gas barbecue is available for use outside the house area.
