Davenport Lakes is a tranquil, private gated residential community where palm trees line the roads. It is a short walk to the shores of Lake Davenport. The pier is ideal for fishing. The community provides residents and guests with boat access.
A very large community pool with playground for the children is available for the use of guests. A fishing pier, a picnic area and tennis courts are also available.
The community is just a half mile south of the I27 at the end of Highway 192 and is a short distance away from a number of local public golf courses. There is also a small gas station, shop and Subway Sandwich Bar within walking distance. Within 2 miles there is a choice of a large Wyn Dixie or Publix supermarkets and within 5 miles of all the popular eating places. Disney is just a 6 miles drive away.
Our Luxurious villa is fully air conditioned and has its own private pool and extended sun terrace which features a covered lanai. Sleeps 8 people.
The living area features cable TV, DVD, video player with DVDs and videos available, internet access is also available using your own laptop. The second living area, situated at the top of the stairs, is an ideal place to sit and relax and read a book. There is also a dining area with seating for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen.
The master ensuite bedroom has a spacious walk-in wardrobe and fabulous view of the pool area. There are a further 3 bedrooms.
The games room is equipped with a pool table, table tennis, dart board and children's slot machine with coins provided for hours of endless fun.
