Our luxury 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa is set in a prime position!
Seldom is it possible to experience such secluded, peaceful surroundings. The 200 acre conservation area at the rear is close enough that you can almost reach out and touch Florida's nature, see the raccoons daily.
Relax under the sheltered lanai area, with lowered ceiling fan for when the sun gets too hot! In the evening, enjoy the warm outdoors, gazing at the wildlife in the floodlight conservation area or swimming in the illuminated pool.
Swim in the 32ft long swimming pool and over 60ft of extended decking gives you plenty of space for all day sunbathing.
There's always plenty to do in the villa with wireless internet, cable TVs in all the bedrooms, books, games and a games room with a full size slate bed pool table, air hockey and football game.

Exercise or play in the 32ft swimming pool with water fountains. The pool has a security fence which can be kept in place for the extra protection of younger children. All patio doors and windows are alarmed for complete peace of mind. Plus 60ft of extended decking to sunbathe and relax.
There are 4 luxurious sun loungers and a table with 6 cushioned chairs for your comfort. A poolside half bathroom and shower for added convenience.

In the winter months the pool can be heated (at an extra cost) and has a pool blanket.
Inside we have furnished the villa to provide a very high standard of comfort, while maintaining a practical and informal atmosphere.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, plus variable speed ceiling fans in all main rooms for extra comfort.
There is a comfortable lounge with two and three seater sofas, coffee table and for you entertainment a 32 inch television (over 70 cable channels) with DVD/VCR player.
We have a formal dining room with a glass table and six luxury chairs.
The villa has an open plan American style fitted kitchen which includes all the facilities you would expect to find at home.
Additional dining area for breakfast or a quick snack is conveniently next to the kitchen.

The master bedroom as a king-size bed, ceiling fan and patio doors that open to the pool area. Cable TV, CD player, clock radio, telephone and a sumptuous reclining chair with footrest.
The ensuite has 'his & hers' split vanities.
Walk-in shower, corner Roman style bath and toilet.
A walk-in wardrobe with floor safe.
A hairdryer and scales for weighing your suitcases.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and also fitted with ceiling fans for additional night time comfort.
All are equipped with full cable television (70+ channels), clock radio and cd players. Ample storage drawers and cabinets.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed.
Bedroom 3 is a Disney Room with twin beds, either Tinkerbell or Pirates of the Caribbean theme.
Both bedrooms share a connecting "Jack & Jill" bathroom.
Bedroom 4, twin bedded is adjacent to the third bathroom.
The bathrooms all have toilet, shower, bath and hairdryers.
All towels and pool towels provided.
There is a cot, sheets & quilt, baby monitor, bottle steriliser & stroller and highchair if required.
With washer and dryer. Clothes maiden, iron and board.
Our games room has an 8ft American slate bed pool table, table soccer and air hockey ready for those competitive members of your family.
Cabinet with plenty of games and books for all ages. CD player and floor fan.
There is even seating for the spectators!
