Cumbrian Lakes, is a quiet gated community, that is set in a conservation area of 120 acres with lovely lakes, providing a haven for wildlife. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the homes and there is a nature trail around one of the lakes together with a communal children's play area. It is a peaceful place in which to relax after a busy day at the theme parks. In the conservation area you can enjoy a relaxing walk, jog or cycle ride around the lakes.
Ideally located, about 15 minutes from Disney theme parks and approximately 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport. There there are numerous shops and restaurants nearby including a large twenty four hour Wal-Mart within five minutes drive on the 192.
Our villa has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 12 guests; it's sure to be the perfect base for your family's next Disney vacation. Our home is nestled within a 200 acre conservation area with lakes and fountains, which provide a hospitable habitat for Cranes, Ospreys and Blue Herons.
The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms. Underwater lighting illuminates the pool at night.
There's also a pool bathroom provided for your added comfort.

Our luxury 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa is set in a prime position! Seldom is it possible to experience such secluded, peaceful surroundings. The 200 acre conservation area at the rear is close enough that you can almost reach out and touch Florida's nature, see the raccoons daily.
Relax under the sheltered lanai area, with lowered ceiling fan for when the sun gets too hot! In the evening, enjoy the warm outdoors, gazing at the wildlife in the floodlight conservation area or swimming in the illuminated pool. Swim in the 32ft long swimming pool and over 60ft of extended decking gives you plenty of space for all day sunbathing.
There's always plenty to do in the villa with wireless internet, cable TVs in all the bedrooms, books, games and a games room with a full size slate bed pool table, air hockey and football game. Our villa provides you with a comfortable base to explore and relax during your holiday.

This executive family home is brand new for Summer 2004.The villa offers over 2500 square ft of fully air conditioned flexible living space. It comprises of 5 large double bedrooms including 3 master suites, 2 spacious sitting areas, 2 dining areas and a pool and jacuzzi which is fully screened and has poolside shower for your convenience. For your entertainment there is a fully air conditioned games room. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated if required and have underwater illumination.
The villa has luxury facilities and equipment to attend to all your likely holiday needs including a home cinema, PC/Broadband access, HDTV and 2 Playstation 2's to keep the younger generation amused.
For keen golfers the villa is ideally situated for access to many golf courses including Greg Norman's Champions Gate. For the comfort and safety of all guests there is no smoking permitted within the villa.

Our villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious and comfortable lounge, kitchen with dining area, utility closet, extended pool and spa, lanai, deck area and double garage complete with automatic garage door opener.
Open-plan lounge which is bright, spacious and very comfortable. There is a large flat screen 42 inch cable TV with a combined DVD and VCR and a selection of films, books and games for the whole family.
WiFi (Wireless Internet): FREE use of wireless broadband connection to all our guests - just bring your laptop/notebook along and log on.
At the rear of the house is an extended pool and deck area which overlooks a lake with floodlit fountains.
Both the house and pool are no smoking areas.
