All the Disney theme park attractions are located within a 15 minute drive away and there are also several malls, large supermarkets and 2 medical centres within 5 minutes drive of the area. The world's largest 24 hour Wal-Mart supercentre is 3 minutes drive away on Highway 192 where you will also find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and great entertainment.
For the golfer, a golf course has recently been built opposite Wal Mart which has two challenging 18-hole courses. There are also over 25 golf courses within 30 minutes drive.
