Occupying a prime location, our air conditioned, detached villa is located on the exclusive Solana gated community, only 15 minutes drive from Disneyworld. It is ideally situated on the US27 highway, providing rapid access to all the major attractions, theme parks, and numerous nearby golf courses.
Featuring 4 bedrooms (two master bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, plus two further twin bedrooms with a third family bathroom). The spacious lounge, dining room and separate family room provide a superb accomodation for up to ten guests. All bedrooms have cable televisions for complete flexibility. The villa also has a DVD Home Theatre System with a range of DVDs, a Nintendo Wii games console and a PC with free broadband internet access and WiFi.
Outside there is a large free-form heated swimming pool with luxury spa and extended sundeck area, all enclosed within a super-fine mesh screening - so you can soak up the Florida sun, whilst avoiding any bugs or flying insects.

The living room is fully carpeted and contains a 3 seater sleeper sofa (which can be configured as a fifth bed option), a 2 seater sofa, coffee table and 2 matching end tables.
You will also find a Dell Computer with high speed internet access. It looks out to the front of the villa through a feature arched window.
The dining room is also fully carpeted and contains a formal dining table with 6 chairs and buffet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.
Full oven and hob, microwave, double sink with waste disposal, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender/mixer, electric can opener and telephone.
The nook has a dining table and 6 chairs. It is situated right in the heart of the property and looks onto the kitchen and the Family Room.
The family room has a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa, a coffee table and two end tables. There is a 40in. colour LCD TV which is linked to cable and a home theater surround-sound system, with iPod docking station.
In the cabinet you will find numerous CDs and DVDs (including many latest releases and Disney films) for your entertainment, a Nintendo Wii with 2 controllers and a selection of games.
A set of patio doors leads out onto the extended sundeck, lanai and pool.
The 1st master bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, clock radio, telephone and cable TV. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort. Through the en-suite bathroom there is a walk in closet.
The ensuite bathroom comprises vanity unit, separate WC, bath tub, large shower, hair dryer and fully tiled floor.
The 2nd master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a dresser, 2 night stands, double wardrobe and cable TV.

The 3rd double bedroom has 2 twin beds, a walk-in double wardrobe and cable TV.
The 4th double bedroom has 2 twin beds, a dresser, a walk-in double wardrobe and cable TV. This bedroom is situated at the rear of the house and looks out over the pool area.
Between these two bedrooms there is a 3rd bathroom comprising vanity unit, WC and bath with overhead shower. The floor is fully tiled.
For additional flexibility the living room sofa bed can be readily configured as a fifth bed option.
The pool is east facing with an extended sundeck for maximum sunshine. The surround and patio is paved for coolness (you don't burn your feet however hot the day is), is fully screened and incorporates a luxury spa.
The 26ft swimming pool can be heated if required. One end is 3ft deep for the safety of children and non-swimmers the other 5ft. It is well away from any traffic noise. Patio table with chairs and 4 sun loungers are provided together with pool towels. There is a pool fence in front of all doors and windows leading to the pool area to ensure the safety of your children (this can be removed if not required).

There's a 7 ft air hockey table with curved corners and a full aluminium rail. It's powered by a 110V blower motor and features an overhead scoring system with sound to give you a real game arcade experience. You can play with up to 4 players enabling all the family members young or old to take part, it's addictive.
We also have a DMI Sports Pro Soccer FT 250 Foosball with 3 man goalie rods for fast non-stop play. Complete with abacus scoring system, burgundy and cream players for the ultimate foosball challenge.
No Games Room would be complete without a Pool Table - and we have a superb 8ft slate bed unit, with a set of Pool Balls - plus a set of Snooker Balls if you fancy a different game.
This wonderful den area, with a Cinema Memorabilia theme brings an extra dimension to your villa holiday experience.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, Cosmopolitan Villa is strictly a non-smoking villa, and pets are not allowed.
Ample bedlinens and towels are provided for your use. There is also a large washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The villa has excellent facilities for our younger guests - with a choice of strollers, a cot, potty and highchair, plus a child monitor for extra convenience and assurance.
There is a Nintendo Wii Games Console with two controllers and various games for all the family.
Walkie-Talkies are provided (useful for keeping in touch at the theme parks!)
The villa also contains a safe for added security for your important documents and valuables.
