Welcome to our beautiful Tuscan-style red terracotta roofed villa which is situated on the gated community of Tuscan Hills, one of Orlando's newest and most impressive luxury communities. Set in an impressive courtyard, these homes are different to other homes in Florida. We are also close to Disney and all the best of Florida’s attractions.
With almost 2,400 sq ft of living space, and an extended pool area, our 2 storey villa is much larger than the standard Orlando rental villa, and is therefore ideal for parties of up to ten people. The living room is open plan and is very spacious and beautifully furnished and has a 56" HD T.V and DVD. There is also a separate toilet and washbasin on the ground floor. The dining room has a large table and can easily seat 8 people.
This beautifully furnished and well equipped villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people and offers the following:
- Master Suite (wheel chair accessible from living room) has a Queen size bed T.V and DVD. En- suite bathroom. It also has it's own small patio area. Ideal for grandparents, or where families travel together.
- Master bathroom wheelchair accessible and incorporating huge walk-in shower and separate bath.
- Second master bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower.
- Bedrooms three, four and five are twin rooms, all beautifully decorated, each room has a Plug n' Play game or games console. Also available is a PS2 in the home. There is a bathroom on the landing comprising bath and shower.
- Games room comprising Pool, Air hockey, Table Tennis, Backgammon. We provide Wilson tennis rackets and balls for the use of our guests.
- Fully equipped kitchen including electric range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator providing chilled water, crushed or cubed ice.
- Laundry room with washer, dryer and iron/board.
- Beautiful large 26-foot by 13 foot heated pool with raised heated spa.
- Extended deck area and shaded patio - whole area screened.
- Gorgeous Mediterranean styling throughout with terracotta roof tiles.

Family Room
The spacious lounge comprises of a beautifully decorated family room overlooking the pool area, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher large fridge freezer which has an ice maker and water dispenser, cooker and hob, waste disposal unit and numerous small electricals for your convenience.
Kitchen
The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is a large breakfast bar with seating for three people.
If you need to do any laundry, you will find a large capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron, and ironing board in the laundry room. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.
The villa has a telephone from which USA and Canada calls are FREE. Local calls are also free while all other calls can be paid for using most telephone cards (sold in most large retail stores).
Master Bedroom
First master on ground floor comprises Queen bed, TV and DVD. Situated here, is the connection for the Wireless Internet, free to use for our guests. This spacious living area,has a small external patio area, en suite bathroom, with walk in shower and large tub. Ideal for disabled guests, or grandparents.
Bedroom 2
The second master bedroom is situated upstairs, and comprises King size bed, TV and DVD. Luxuriously furnished, and with en suite bathroom, with large walk in shower.

Bedrooms three four and five are made up as twin bedrooms, with TV, and have a light,airy feel to make all our guests feel at home.

Pool Area
To the rear of the villa is the stunning 26 x 13 ft pool and spa with covered lanai. The pool area boasts an extended pool deck ideal for sunbathing and is east facing so benefits from sunshine from breakfast until late afternoon and is NOT overlooked at the back so offers our guests greater privacy than most villas.
For your added comfort and enjoyment there is air conditioning and heating throughout, utility room with full laundry facilities, a 56" HD ready TV in the family room and the villa is fully alarmed ensuring peace of mind for you and your family during your stay.
Games Room
In the garage there is a Games room featuring a pool table, air hockey, backgammon and table tennis table.
Wilson tennis racquets and tennis balls are also provided.
