Choosing the right accommodation is a hugely important aspect of ensuring that your holiday lives up to expectation. We hope that through this presentation of our stunning holiday villa you will quickly reconcile that it is something just a little but special, and certainly very different to the standard villas which dominate the Orlando rental market.
Our villa is undoubtedly one of the most comfortable, stylish, imaginative and comprehensively equipped rental homes in the Orlando area. If you simply want a typically basic villa, or if you are looking for the cheapest accommodation possible for your holiday, then Citrus Grove is probably not for you. If, however, you want to enjoy the best (for not a lot more), then maybe Citrus Grove is just perfect.
Whilst we have made every effort to provide for every need with the best quality of everything, it would be naive of us to expect everything to run trouble-free all of the time. Appliances can occasionally fail and problems can sometimes arise - albeit thankfully exceptionally rarely. To ensure the minimum of inconvenience to you, should anything not be as it should be, our villa is managed on a day-to-day basis by a US-based, British-owned company which shares our own qualitative expectations and beliefs. In the unlikely event of any problem of any description, our agents will deal with it promptly and efficiently.
Whereas 99% of holiday homes are furnished with off-the-shelf 'rental quality' furniture packs, we furnished our villa entirely on our own. We selected the best furniture that we could find from the top furniture stores in the area, and the end result is a rarely-found blend of contemporary style, quality and comfort. Imaginative lighting and pictures (including many originals) and stylish window treatments can be found throughout.
We also provide a welcome grocery pack for you. After all, as we ourselves know, arriving late in the evening after many hours of travelling the last thing on your mind is a visit to the local supermarket, even to buy essentials. Although there are two large supermarkets less than five minutes drive away, many people prefer to leave their initial grocery shop until the morning. Our welcome pack includes bread, milk, sugar, tea, coffee, Pepsi, biscuits, orange juice, eggs, bacon, butter, jam, cereals, bottled water and, just so that the adults can relax after the long journey, some beer and a bottle of wine.
Another unique inclusion in the rental of our villa is the provision of numerous complimentary sundries. Other than food, drink and personal toiletries, this provides our guests with what is almost an all-inclusive holiday. For your convenience we provide such things as liquid soap, washing powder, fabric conditioner, dishwasher powder, washing-up liquid, cleaning materials, toilet rolls, kitchen towels, tissues, cotton wool balls, cotton buds etc.
Please note that in addition to having a NO PETS rule, Citrus Grove is a strictly NO SMOKING villa, both inside and around the pool area. This is in accord with the wishes of us and the majority of our guests. Failure to comply with the NO PETS/NO SMOKING rules will cause forfeiture of the security deposit.
Living Room
A stylish room with luxurious carpeting, comfortable seating and beautiful furnishings where adults can relax in comfort at the end of a busy day. Looking out onto the pool area through large sliding doors, so that the children can still be monitored, this is a spacious, open-plan room that provides a sanctuary from all the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and entertainment.
Family Room
Opening onto the pool area via panoramic sliding doors, this is probably the room that will be used most and it has been designed and equipped to recognise this fact. A particularly spacious room with high quality carpeting and plenty of comfortable seating, as well as a ceiling fan to complement the air-conditioning, makes this a great day-to-day family room.
As this room is designed to be the focal point (other than the pool of course) of day-to-day living, entertainment is provided by a 36" Sony flat screen television, DVD player and hi-fi system with surround sound and full cable TV package.
A wide selection of DVD movies, music CDs and adult, family and children’s boxed games, as well as an extensive library of books is provided for your enjoyment.
Master Suite Bedroom 1
Luxuriously carpeted with sliding patio door access directly onto the pool area, the first master bedroom suite features a fabulous king-size bed and the most amazing mattress with mattress-protector, similar to the set-up used by luxury hotels, all complemented by beautiful bedding.
There are two nightstands which feature their own stylish lighting and there is also a clock-radio/alarm with integrated telephone. There is a ceiling fan, a TV with integrated DVD player and full cable package, a dressing table with enormous mirror, more than enough drawer space and an enormous walk-in closet for clothes and storage.
In the closet there is an ample supply of coat-hangers, a laundry basket and also an electronic safe for the secure storage of any valuables, currency etc that may be best left behind whilst visiting the theme parks.
Master suite Bedroom 2
The only room not on the ground floor, this is also a luxuriously carpeted king-size suite and features the same quality of mattress, mattress-protector and stylish bedding as the downstairs king-size suite. Furnished and finished to be the equal of the first king-size suite master bedroom, this creates the perfect scenario for two families, because neither set of parents has to compromise anything!
It too features a ceiling fan, a TV with integrated DVD player and full cable package, a dressing table with enormous mirror and more than enough drawer space, two nightstands with stylish lighting, as well as a clock-radio/alarm with integrated telephone. Here too there is an enormous walk-in closet for clothes and storage and in the closet there are plenty of coat-hangers, as well as a laundry basket.
Master suite Bedroom 3
Just slightly smaller than the other two master bedroom suites, this one still nevertheless features a queen-size bed with the same top-of-the-range combination of mattress and mattress-protector, complemented by stylish, high quality bedding. A gloriously large window looking out into the landscaped rear garden area makes this bedroom exceptionally light and airy.
The same luxurious carpeting is present as in the other two master suites, there is a ceiling fan, a TV with integrated DVD player and full cable package, two night- stands with lighting and a clock-radio/alarm with integrated telephone, plenty of drawer space and a huge closet for clothes and storage. In the closet there are lots of coat-hangers, as well as a laundry basket.
Bedroom 4
This bedroom features two top quality twin beds and mattresses with mattress- protectors and top quality, stylish bedding. There is a matching double-dresser with drawers and mirror, and a night-stand with lighting and clock-radio/alarm. There is also a TV with integrated DVD player and full cable package.
There is still the same quality of carpeting as found in the master bedroom suites, a ceiling fan, and a large built-in closet for clothes and storage, in which there are ample coat-hangers (including kids’ size ones) as well as a laundry basket. A night-light is also provided.
Bedroom 5
Another bedroom with a pair of top quality twin beds and mattresses with mattress-protectors. There is colourful bedding, additional under-bed storage, a night-stand with lighting and a clock-radio/alarm, a large mirror and a TV with integrated DVD player and full cable package.
There is still the same quality of carpeting as found in the master bedroom suites, a ceiling fan, a large built-in closet for clothes and storage, in which can be found plenty of coat-hangers (including kids’ size ones), as well as a laundry basket. In addition a night-light is provided.
Kitchen Area
The large open-plan kitchen looks out into the Family Room, so that whoever is preparing food can remain in contact with the rest of their family and friends. There is a comprehensive range of cabinets, which have all been upgraded and finished in beautiful maple, as well as extensive work surfaces, a breakfast bar and a large larder cupboard.
Top of the range appliances include a full-sized American fridge/freezer with integrated ice-maker and filtered water dispenser, enormous gas cooker with extractor hood and built in microwave and of course a dishwasher. The sink has a convenient spray tap attachment as well as an integrated waste disposal unit.
Ancillary electrical equipment is of the highest quality and features top brands such as Krups, Tefal and Panasonic. There is a coffee-maker, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, hand-blender, electric can opener, hand-mixer and sandwich toaster, as well as a state-of-the-art telephone/answering machine.
The inventory of crockery, cutlery, glasses, utensils and kitchen accessories is utterly comprehensive and of extremely high quality. We doubt that there is a better-equipped rental home kitchen in the whole of Orlando and we are confident that your every conceivable kitchen need and expectation will be met.
Dining Room
Luxurious carpeting, a beautiful Italian slate dining table and comfortable seating for eight, together with a matching sideboard, all combine to provide the perfect setting for a more intimate dinner party or formal gathering, as well as merely allowing a whole family or group to dine together if required. A Sony hi-fi provides a high quality music source for both here and the lounge area.
A porcelain dinner service, premium cutlery and glasses (including crystal wine glasses), together with everything else that could ever be needed for the perfect dining experience are also provided.
Breakfast Nook
This is probably where a good deal of your informal dining will be done - when not dining al fresco by the pool that is! With a full view of the pool area, meals can be taken at the table or at the adjacent breakfast bar.
Master Bathroom
The enormous luxury en suite bathroom features twin sinks with illuminated mirrors over and maple cupboards and drawers below, a large bathtub, a cavernous walk-in shower cubicle and a separate enclosed wc. Opulent coordinated towels, stylish accessories and a hairdryer complete the picture.
Games Room
As if there was not enough to do in and around Orlando and in the villa itself, our fabulous new games room will take your breath away.
Fully carpeted and cooled by powerful fans for supreme comfort, you are free to enjoy the following:

Pool Area
A key part of any holiday, and one which should provide hours of enjoyment and memories, we have effectively sought to make the pool area an extension of the interior living space - after all, we are sure that you will want to spend as much time as possible out here.
Acting on our own experiences (and the best advice of those in the know) we steered clear of pool gimmicks such as waterfalls and spray jets as their initial novelty value wears off after a day or two. Instead we chose to concentrate on the things that would provide tangible and lasting enjoyment and pleasure.
In addition to the beautiful heated pool (heating is an extra cost but is recommended for the winter months) with its multi-coloured fibre-optic lighting, there is a programmable spa/jacuzzi and an enormous expanse of decking - so avoiding the splashing kids is easy! There is ample space to enjoy the sunshine, but also plenty of shade if it all gets too much. There is even an overhead fan in the shaded area to provide extra comfort on the hottest of days.
The lanai (screen) provides protection from the intrusion of unwanted insects and leaves etc and the whole external perimeter of the back garden has been planted with palms and hedging to guarantee you complete privacy. There is even a pool bathroom (wc and sink) so that nobody has to worry about going back into the villa whilst dripping wet.
