Our luxury 4 bed, 4 bath, villa with south facing pool and spa is situated in Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. It is the largest 4 bed villa on the development with 2129 sq ft of space.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a gated community, off Highway 27 and minutes from Interstate 4. The community has lakefront amenities with clubhouse, boat ramp, fishing dock, water sports and picnic areas.

Walt Disney World car parks are approximately 15 minutes drive from the villa. The development is within easy reach of the Orlando theme parks and attractions, and the all the restaurants, cafes and shops on Highway 27. Busch Gardens and the Gulf coast beaches can be reached in 50 minutes. Champions Gate golf course and Walmart supermarket are just a short drive away.

The villa is beautifully furnished, air conditioned and sleeps for 8-10 people. It has a large private pool with spa and games room.

There are two master bedrooms and two twin rooms all with cable TV and ensuite bathrooms.

Wireless internet connection and free phone calls within USA and Canada are included.

A travel cot, high chair and stroller are provided free of charge.

King-size bed, cable TV, walk in wardrobe and bathroom with bath and walk in shower.

Second Master Bedroom

Queen-size bed, cable TV and walk-in wardrobe. Bathroom has large walk in shower.

Third Bedroom

Upstairs bedroom with twin beds, cable TV and bathroom with walk in shower.

Fourth Bedroom

Twin beds, cable TV, PS2 and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.

Lounge/Family room

This room overlooks the pool area and is comfortably furnished with sofas, one of which is a sofa bed sleeping two persons, cable TV and DVD player.

Dining Area

Open plan to the lounge and has formal dining table and 6 chairs.

Kitchen

Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and laundry area with washer/dryer. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools and a breakfast nook, overlooking the pool area, with table and 4 chairs.

Games Room

Pool table, table tennis, darts board and various other games.

Pool & Spa

Outside, there is a covered lanai (patio) with patio furniture and extended L shaped pool measuring 20ft x 24ft x 10ft max. A child fence is provided for the pool area.
