Brand new 4 bedroom villa for 2008 in the highly regarded Calabay Parc private gated community, only 15 mins to Disney; 30 mins from Orlando International Airport.
Imagine yourself at the end of another sun soaked day at the theme parks sat in the spa with a cool drink, looking out over the lake towards a fantastic Floridian sunset. Our villa will allow your imagination to become reality. There are 2 master bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom and 2 twin bedded rooms; perfect for 1 family or for 2 families to share!
The villa has its own games room, Playstation and computer with internet access. There is a fully fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser; laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and vacuum cleaner.
Outside, the large deck area has its own 30ft x 13ft heated swimming pool with waterfall feature and spa. The deck area faces south so has the sun all day long and the uninterrupted view beyond the pool is of a lake with its boat ramp and fishing pier. The sun sets over the lake and this makes for stunning views from the pool area. This villa has one of the few lake views at Calabay Parc. The pool has a removable child safety fence for added security.
The large luxury lounge measures 14ft 8in x 22ft and has views over the lanai and pool. The room is equipped with a 60 inch flat screen TV, satellite channels, DVD player and Playstation with games library. There is also a music system and free use of a computer with WiFi internet connection.
Two master bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedded rooms; perfect for 1 family or for 2 families to share! TVs in every bedroom.
Additionally, master bedroom 1 has a door that opens out onto the lanai and pool area.
The villa has a large kitchen/dining room. It comes fully equipped with a full range of utensils, microwave, cooker, dishwasher and an American fridge freezer which dispenses chilled water and ice. There is a separate laundry room which contains a washer and dryer.
Master bathroom 1 has twin wash hand basins and a separate bath and shower cabinet.
Master bathroom 2 has a single wash hand basin and an over bath shower unit. This bathroom opens out onto the lanai and pool area.
