Enjoy your Florida holiday in style, luxury and comfort. Our villa will not disappoint - it has been designed and equipped to meet with our own exacting standards and we have left no stone unturned to ensure our guests enjoy a fantastic base for their Florida holiday. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 people and was built in 2006.

Lounge
Spacious and beautifully furnished with beige leather sofas and armchair, burgundy velvet cushions and curtain valance, stylish pictures, accessories and lighting. There is a 42 inch plasma TV and a DVD player - with a number of DVDs - and a small library for you to relax with. The lounge opens out onto the delightful pool area through panoramic sliding doors.
Bedroom 1
A luxuriously-finished king-bedded room with TV and a DVD player. Fantastic ensuite facilities including a garden tub, large walk in shower, twin vanity units and a separate toilet. A cupboard with all of the towels you could need.
Bedroom 2
Finely appointed room with a queen-size bed - made up with a sumptuous silk cover - TV and a DVD player. Full ensuite facilities - tub, shower, vanity unit and toilet - and a cupboard which contains all towels you could need.
Bedroom 3
Twin-bedded room dressed with attractive lemon covers and curtains. The room is equipped with a TV and DVD player to keep the kids happy.
Bedroom 4
A very comfortable twin bedded room again with its own TV and DVD player so that nobody misses out.
Kitchen & Laundry Room
Fully fitted and extremely spacious, there is a large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, in-sink waste disposal dish washer and all of the small appliances you will need plus crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking equipment and all the accessories you could ever want.
While not the most glamorous part of your holiday, it is at least nice to know that you have the convenience of a washer, dryer and iron to hand.
Dinning Area
Adjacent to the kitchen in an open-plan format, the dining area is bright and airy with a lovely views looking out over the lake. The dining table comfortably seats 8. There are 3 panoramic windows with Spanish voile and lace curtains for your privacy.
Games Room
The garage has been converted into a games room to add to the enjoyment of your stay. Here you will find a pool table, air hockey and a dart board.
Pool & Spa Area
Our lovely pool and spa area is the ideal place to relax after a busy day enjoying all the exciting places Orlando has to offer. There is a child safety gate which can be taken down if wanted.
The covered lanai provides some welcome shade during sunny days and a lovely place to dine alfresco by the pool in the evenings. The very attractive table seats 6 people. Above it is a fan for when it gets too hot. New plastic tableware has been provided for your safety.
The deck area is a good size with brand new, top quality, pool furniture - 4 sun loungers, 2 reclining chairs and a foot stool.
