Tower Lake Villa

Our elegant and luxury executive villa is air conditioned and sleeps 12 comfortably. The villa comprises two master suite bedrooms each with a king size bed, three bedrooms with twin beds and a spacious open plan lounge tastefully furnished.

The pool is south west facing with heated spa, underwater lighting, and mesh insect screen covering to pool and extended decking. Extensive covered lanai and extended sun deck for al fresco dining and relaxing by the poolside.

Superb games roome with pool table, table football (foosball), darts board, treadmill (walking/running) and cycle machine.

Minnehaha's House

Our beautiful villa has two master bedrooms, both having king size beds, super ensuites and your own private access to the pool and spa area. Two further double bedrooms with twin beds and a large shared bathroom.

We can also boast a great games room with pool table, air hockey and lots of board games, free wireless high-speed internet, free use of PC, flat screen TVs throughout, Playstation 2 and games and free phone calls worldwide!

The Calabay Parc Villa

Our villa is fully air-conditioned with two luxurious master ensuite bedrooms (1 king size and 1 queen size bed) both with walk in closets. Both shower cubicles have been made disabled friendly with grab bars in both showers and a shower chair is in the villa, if required. There are also two twin bedrooms sharing a third bathroom which again are all beautifully presented.

Outside there is a large heated, screened pool which is 23ft x 16ft complete with purpose built child safety screen, a fitted hand rail to pool steps for extra support getting in and out of the pool. The decking area has been extended. There are sun loungers, patio furniture and pool toys.

Calabay Lake View Villa

Imagine yourself at the end of another sun soaked day at the theme parks sat in the spa with a cool drink, looking out over the lake towards a fantastic Floridian sunset. Our villa will allow your imagination to become reality.

Our villa, which is brand new for 2008 comprises 2 master bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom and 2 twin bedded rooms; perfect for 1 family or for 2 families to share! It has its own games room, Playstation, computer with internet access and 30ft x 13ft heated private (no other properties to rear) swimming pool with waterfall feature and spa. The pool has a removable child safety fence for added security.

Calabay Breeze Villa

Enjoy your Florida holiday in style, luxury and comfort. Our villa will not disappoint - it has been designed and equipped to meet with our own exacting standards and we have left no stone unturned to ensure our guests enjoy a fantastic base for their Florida holiday. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 people and was built in 2006.

Our lovely pool and spa area is the ideal place to relax after a busy day enjoying all the exciting places Orlando has to offer. The covered lanai provides some welcome shade during sunny days and a lovely place to dine alfresco by the pool in the evenings.

Florida-Break Villa

This beautifully furnished, air-conditioned and spacious, 5 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom, villa offers unrivalled comfort and amenities with a fully screened pool and spa area and an extended sundeck overlooking a private landscaped area. The villa comfortably meets the needs of up to 12 guests.

Accommodation is provided with three master bedrooms, two with king size beds and one with queen size bed. All with ensuite bathrooms and showers. The two further bedrooms are furnished with twin beds; both have access to the fourth bathroom. The family room and the first master bedroom access directly to the large covered lanai, which is provided with a full range of luxury patio furniture.

Calabay Lake Villa

Our luxury 4 bed, 4 bath, villa with south facing pool and spa is the largest 4 bed villa on the development with 2129 sq ft of space. Inside it is beautifully furnished. It sleeps 8-10 people.

The villa comprises two master bedrooms and two twin bedrooms all with cable TV and ensuite bathrooms. The lounge/family room overlooks the pool area and is comfortably furnished with sofas, one of which is a sofa bed sleeping two persons, cable TV and DVD player.

The games room has a pool table, table tennis, darts board and various other games.

Outside, there is a covered lanai (patio) with patio furniture and extended L shaped pool measuring 20ft x 24ft x 10ft max. A child fence is provided for the pool area.

Happy Days Villa

Our lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, villa has a capacity of 10 people but for your comfort we limit booking to a maximum of 8 + 1 infant. The villa is fully air conditioned for your comfort and enjoys all-day sun. It backs onto conservation area. The pool and large deck area are screened for your comfort. There is a table and chairs for al fresco dining and sun loungers to enjoy the Florida sun. There are no properties backing on to our villa giving you more privacy.

For added safety there is a purpose made child safety screen which fits around the pool/spa should you wish to use it.

Sunshine State Villa

Our fabulous luxury villa (sleeps 8/10) has two master bedrooms both with ensuite, two twin bedrooms, a den with double sofa bed, family bathroom, downstairs W/C, utility room, large downstairs living accommodation - all open plan including a lounge, kitchen with breakfast bar and formal dining area seating eight. Patio doors lead onto the south facing poolside with outside dining facilities, W/C and child safety pool netting.

This is a fantastic family owned villa finished to an extremely high standard. We aim to ensure you have the best holiday experience possible that will leave you wanting to return time and again.

This is a non-smoking villa. Pets are not welcome. The villa is unsuitable for wheelchairs.
