Bella Toscana is a quiet residential community just minutes away from the theme parks and major attractions of Orlando.
It's conveniently situated just off Ronald Reagan Parkway close to ChampionsGate golf course. It's not only close to Champions Gate golf course and Disney but is less than an hours drive from Busch Gardens, Central Florida and the Kennedy Space Centre. Orlando International Airport is 40 minutes drive away.
Within easy walking distance there is an array of shops - Walgreens (chemist, supermarket, general stores), chinese restaurant and a Domino Pizza. There is also a restaurant/bar called Beef 'o' Bradys which has a reputation for excellent food and coverage of all live football matches.
Our 2,900 sq ft luxury villa has 4 bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms. The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite and the other 3 bedrooms share a family bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with TVs. There are two separate living areas each with TV, DVD and CD units, and a separate dining area. The house is fully air conditioned.
The villa has a fully furnished cinema room with playstation and reclining seats. In the double garage you will find a selection of games such as pool, table tennis and darts. Broadband wireless internet access is available.
At the rear of the villa is a private screened pool and patio area equipped with table, chairs, and sun loungers. For most of the year, the sun provides sufficient heat for the pool.
