You'll love our 3 bedroom Orlando vacation home with it's private heated pool, set in the select development of Sunridge Woods, Davenport. You get the relaxation of this peaceful location, and at the same time you are close to the lively 192 Kissimmee area. Driving time to Disney is less than 20 minutes and all the other major area attractions are close by. Our central Florida location means you can reach either coast in a little more than an hour. The villa will accommodate up to 8 people and to ensure your comfort it's furnished and maintained to a high standard.
The master bedroom has a queen size Bed and an ensuite bathroom. The PC has a hi speed wireless broadband connection, so you can access the internet or use your own laptop. The bedroom also has cable TV with DVD a radio alarm clock and a hairdryer.
You'll find the second Bedroom with twin beds ideal for kids as it has cable TV and a Playstation 2, to help keep them entertained. The PS2 doubles as a DVD and you'll find a selection of cartoons and a game to play. There are board games too and you can hire games locally if they get bored with what's there.
Your other guests have the third Bedroom which has a queen Size bed, also has cable TV and a radio alarm. These bedrooms share a separate family bathroom.
If you find time to use it, the Living room is very comfortably furnished and one of the sofas folds out into an additional Queen sized bed, if you need to sleep 8. For entertainment you can choose from over 100 cable channels or hire a movie and enjoy it in surround sound on the 32 inch Digital Cable TV if there's "nothing" on that you want to watch you can tune in to a wide range of local radio stations or play your favorite CDs.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you would expect in a Floridian home. You'll find lots of room in the large fridge/freezer and it has an automatic ice maker, so you can have plenty of cool drinks. You'll also find a steamer, toaster, coffee maker and tea. When you have to cook, the range, has a ceramic top to make cleaning easier, or there's the microwave oven if you just want to heat something up.
When it comes to meal times at home, you have a choice about where to eat. If you love the outdoor experience, you can cook on the gas BBQ and everyone can be seated by the pool. Alternatively you can eat in the kitchen, it's set out for five, but you can open out the table and find three extra chairs in the bedrooms and you'll find ample utensils and crockery for preparing meals for up to eight people.
The view from the pool changes with the seasons, green and wet in the summer, but dry during the winter. Your view from the pool and lanai overlooks a wet retention area. We're sure you'll love the extra comfort of the deep cushioned patio furniture. You can also relax in the seating area of the pool, which has a bubble jet feature. It's a great way to unwind while you watch the sunset. The Lanai is partially covered so you can sit in or out of the sun, on our deep cushioned patio furniture. The pool has solar heating and for the colder months optional electric heating. There is a seat in either end of the pool fitted with spa jets, great for unwinding at the end of a hectic day.
