Welcome to villa 'Yertiz' ("here it is") a beautiful single story, 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom, dream home on the doorstep to Disney.

The villa, built in 2004, is located within the select and peacefull in the small gated community of The Abbey at West Haven, which is only minutes from the Disney gates, shopping, and many golf courses Florida has to offer. Superbly furnished and ideal for the family vacation. The villa is set amid a wildlife wetland conservation area and row upon row of Florida orange groves.

Smoking is only permitted outside the villa and on the lanai.

You may wish to view our other villa within the community of Grand Reserve and situated on the banks of Lake Thomas, an idyllic wetland conservation area. The views from the pool deck are stunning.
