Property Description

A romantic, quiet getaway for honeymooners and couples (children under the age of 16 are discouraged) located on Duval Street. Seven Houses, most of which are century old Victorians that have been restored, center around a lush tropical garden and swimming pool. We serve a complimentary breakfast poolside every morning. All of the rooms include private bathroom, air conditioning, cable TV, color TV and are non-smoking. We offer many additional suites and unique rooms not shown on our website. Guarantee Policy

Reservations require a deposit of 1 nights room charge plus tax at time of booking.Exceptions- December 24th through January 1st. Our Christmas reservation policy is 4 night minimum stay with a deposit of 2 nights plus tax at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

CXL 7 days prior pay 27.88USD fee.CXL inside 7 days- pay 1 nights stay plus tax. No refunds for early departure.Christmas- CXL 14 days to arrival deposit is returned minus 25.00USD plus tax.Inside 14 days- deposit non-refundable.Early departure-No refund
