Restaurant Azul - opening mid December, 2000. An energetic architectural masterpiece, this fine dining room specializing in seafood prepared with an Asian flair brings the heritage unique to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group across the Pacific Ocean. The rich culinary traditions of China, Thailand and the Spice Islands are translated and energized by the creativity unleashed in our kitchen. Beautiful seafood as well as fine dry aged cuts of beef prepared in uniquely creative fashion will create a new level in fine dining for South Florida. Extensive wine selections, liqueurs and vintage ports are available. Cigar menu available in lounge. Cafe Sambal

A warm relaxed ambiance surrounds this all day dining venue with beautiful views. Not only home to power breakfast, but also a destination in Miami for creative light lunch, the cafe will offer a wide selection of dishes during the lunch hours. Whether it is creative salads, seafood grilled to perfection, Florida's best sirloin hamburger, gourmet deli sandwiches or award winning entrees from our chefs, the room will rank amongst Florida's finest.
