Our Sanibel Island vacation rentals (2) are 1200 sq. ft. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominiums, Sleeps 6. Screened lanais overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. Our Sanibel Island Florida vacation complex has 27 units in 5 buildings on 13 acres. Located on a quiet secluded dead-end street, next to a wildlife preserve. One suite is beach front on the first floor with covered parking underneath. The other is beach front on the second floor. The tennis court is 100 feet from the unit with Shuffle Board Pads next to the tennis court.

Our units have been completely renovated within the past 3 years including new kitchens, new bathrooms with wall mounted hair dryers, new carpeting, new furniture, and new tile throughout our Sanibel vacation rentals. Each Sanibel rental unit is approximately 1200 sq. ft. and is equipped with four adult bicycles and helmets, beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella.

From $1099 per week. Rates are for 1 to 6 guests per week per unit.

The Aquarius Club is a quiet, private residential building containing only 59 units. It is located in Longboat Key, Florida on the sparkling aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Island of Longboat Key is a pristine garden paradise abounding with tropical foliage all year long. In nearby Sarasota and St Armand's Circle you will find fine gourmet restaurants and lovely shops and boutiques.

The Condominium has a huge pool and two clay tennis courts surrounded by palm trees, sea grapes, oleander and hibiscus. Just next door is the Colony Club, a world-class tennis resort. Rent is just $5,000/month January thru April and only $2,500/month from May thru December. A $1,000 damage deposit and 10% Florida sales tax apply . A rental application and lease are required. Minimum rental period is three months.
